Refund policy
At Tails Bliss, we are committed to the health, safety, and well-being of every puppy in our care. Please review our reservation, purchase, return, and refund policies carefully before placing an order.
Puppy Reservation Deposits
For puppies that have not yet reached the minimum eligible age for delivery or adoption, customers may choose to place a reservation deposit to secure a specific puppy.
- Reservation deposits are optional but help ensure that the selected puppy is reserved exclusively for the customer.
- Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
- By placing a reservation deposit, the customer acknowledges and accepts this non-refundable policy.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In rare cases, circumstances beyond our control may affect a reserved puppy, including but not limited to illness, injury, death, breeder recommendations, transportation restrictions, or other natural and unforeseen events.
In such situations:
- Reservation deposits will not be refunded.
- Tails Bliss may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative puppy when available.
Full Payment Purchases
Customers may choose to pay the full purchase price of a puppy before delivery.
If Tails Bliss is unable to deliver the purchased puppy due to circumstances beyond the customer's control:
- The reservation deposit portion of the payment will be retained.
- The remaining balance paid by the customer will be refunded.
- Alternatively, the customer may select another available puppy of equal value at no additional charge, subject to availability.
Returns After Purchase
If a customer changes their mind after purchasing a puppy and wishes to return the puppy:
- Return requests may be considered within 3 months of the original purchase date.
- A deduction equal to 20% of the original purchase price will apply.
- The puppy must be returned in good health and accompanied by all available veterinary and ownership records.
- Any transportation, veterinary, or related costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Reservation deposits
- Delivery and transportation fees
- Veterinary expenses
- Health certificate fees
- Any third-party service fees
