At Tails Bliss, the safety, comfort, and well-being of our puppies are our highest priorities. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how puppy transportation, delivery, and pickup arrangements are handled.
Minimum Age Requirement
No puppy will be sold, shipped, delivered, transferred, or released before reaching 8 weeks (56 days) of age.
This policy is designed to support the health, development, and welfare of every puppy.
Delivery Options
Depending on location and availability, TailsBliss may offer one or more of the following options:

Hand-delivery services
Available options may vary based on the puppy's age, health status, destination, weather conditions, and transportation provider requirements.
Shipping Schedule
Shipping or delivery arrangements will begin after:

Full payment has been received and cleared.

Required documentation has been completed.

The puppy meets the minimum age requirement.

The puppy has been cleared for travel when applicable.
Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate contact and delivery information.

Being available to receive the puppy at the agreed time and location.

Complying with any local laws, regulations, or permit requirements related to pet ownership.
Failure to receive a puppy at the scheduled delivery time may result in additional transportation, boarding, or rescheduling fees.

Tails Bliss is not responsible for delays caused by third-party transportation providers or events beyond our reasonable control.
Puppy Health and Safety
The health and welfare of the puppy always take priority over shipping schedules.
Tails Bliss reserves the right to postpone transportation if we believe travel may negatively affect the puppy's health, safety, or well-being.
Shipping Fees
Shipping, transportation, delivery, health certificate, and related travel expenses are generally separate from the puppy purchase price unless otherwise stated in writing.
All applicable fees will be disclosed before transportation arrangements are finalized.
Delivery Inspection
Customers are encouraged to inspect their puppy upon pickup or delivery.
Any concerns regarding the puppy's condition should be reported to Tails Bliss as soon as possible after receipt.
Failed Delivery or Customer Cancellation
If a customer cancels delivery arrangements after transportation has been scheduled, transportation-related fees may not be refundable.
If delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect customer information, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, additional charges may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tails Bliss shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or transportation issues caused by third-party carriers, weather events, natural disasters, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
