Welcome to Tails Bliss. By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing a puppy through Tails Bliss, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

To purchase a puppy or use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Provide accurate and complete information.
Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel transactions at our discretion.

2. Puppy Availability

All puppies listed on our website are subject to availability.

While we strive to keep listings accurate and up to date, a puppy may become unavailable due to reservation, sale, health concerns, breeding recommendations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tails Bliss reserves the right to modify, update, or remove listings at any time without prior notice.

3. Reservations and Deposits

Customers may place a reservation deposit to secure a puppy.

Puppies may be reserved before reaching adoption age; however, no puppy will be sold, delivered, or transferred before reaching 8 weeks (56 days) of age.
Reservation deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits secure a puppy but do not guarantee availability in the event of illness, injury, death, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the puppy.

4. Payments

Full payment must be received before delivery, shipping, or pickup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept approved payment methods displayed on our website.

Tails Bliss reserves the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or violation of these Terms.

5. Health and Veterinary Care

To the best of our knowledge, puppies are provided in good health at the time of transfer.

Customers are encouraged to schedule a veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving their puppy.

Tails Bliss does not guarantee that a puppy will remain free from illness, injury, genetic conditions, or health issues that may arise after transfer.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By purchasing a puppy, you agree to:

Provide proper food, shelter, veterinary care, exercise, and socialization.
Follow all applicable animal ownership laws and regulations.
Treat the puppy humanely and responsibly.

Tails Bliss reserves the right to refuse a sale if we believe the puppy's welfare may be compromised.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, transportation, and delivery arrangements may vary based on location and availability.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier schedules, health considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tails Bliss is not liable for delays caused by third-party transportation providers.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By purchasing a puppy, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tails Bliss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

Use of our website.
Purchase or ownership of a puppy.
Delays in delivery.
Veterinary expenses.
Emotional distress or loss.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the puppy.

10. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without permission.
Submit false or misleading information.

Violation of this section may result in termination of access to our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tails Bliss website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and designs, is the property of Tails Bliss and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
